Students who have passed 10+2 from any board are eligible for the Admission.
Students whose results are declared late by the university/ Board may join within 15 days after the publication of the result. The students who have been placed under compartment in the university examination are admitted to the next higher class provisionally.
A student with compartment/ reappear in any subject in 10+2 is not eligible for admission to the college, in the case if university allows, admission will be provisional (Reappear must be cleared in September).
Compartment cases of other Universities/ Boards are not eligible to seek admission to any class in the college even if they clear compartment in September.
Candidates with a gap in their studies shall not be admitted to any class unless the gap period is explained satisfactorily.
Where the rules of the Boards/ Universities are silent, the orders of the principal shall be final and binding in any matter not covered by the rules and regulations incorporated in this prospectus.
If due to an omission, any unauthorized subject combination has been allowed to any stage to a student, it will be treated as automatically cancelled.
The College may not impart instructions in a subject/discipline, if the strength of students in that subject/discipline is less than ten.
Two seat in each course will be reserved for single Girl child.
One seat in each course will be reserved for AIDS/CANCER patient.
5% extra marks will be given to the Kashmiri displaced students for three seats in each course provided the student fulfils the minimum prescribed qualifications.
